The Role
As an Art Graduate, you will support the delivery of creative art sessions and assist the class teacher in engaging students through practical, hands-on learning. You’ll help create a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel safe expressing themselves and exploring their creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging art activities.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to motivate and encourage students.
* Use art as a means to support emotional expression and confidence building.
* Provide classroom support to teachers and contribute to behaviour management strategies.
* Assist with art displays, projects, and creative enrichment activities.

Requirements:
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related creative subject.
* Passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to behaviour management.
* Previous experience in education, youth work, or SEN/SEMH settings is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
