The Assembly Operative will play a key role in the assembly and conversion of vehicles into high:quality vehicles. This position involves hands:on work across a range of build stages, supporting the delivery of fully functional and aesthetically finished vehicles. The Assembly Operative will contribute to a fast:paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.
Role and Responsibilities : Assembly Operative
: Carry out installation of interior units, fixtures and fittings
: Support electrical and basic gas installation tasks in line with specifications
: Prepare vehicles by stripping, cutting, and fitting components such as windows and roof systems
: Install flooring, lining, and finishing materials to a high standard
: Assist in pre:installation preparation of conversion kits and components
Requirements Of the Assembly Operative Role
: Previous experience in a hands:on, production, fitting or assembly role
: Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills as a Fitter
: Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
: Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
: Ability to work effectively within a team environment
