We are on the hunt for a commercial and strategically focused Regional Manager to join our Operations team, overseeing business performance for our Central Region of stores. Reporting to the Retail Director, the Regional Manager drives performance whilst always embodying our values. Leading with purpose, creating an engaging, high-performance culture across their stores, delivering operational excellence, outstanding customer experience, and sustained commercial growth. Responsibilites Commercial Acumen & Strategic Delivery Drives growth through a clear understanding of commercial performance, market trends, and operational efficiency. Leads store teams to deliver against commercial KPIs including sales, margin, and profitability. Translates the company strategy into local business plans aligned with regional goals. Uses data and insight to make commercially sound decisions and pivot plans in response to market dynamics. Proactively identifies risks and opportunities in regional performance, including competitor activity and customer trends. Presents regional performance and strategic feedback confidently to Directors and stakeholders. People Leadership & Talent Development Creates a high-performance culture by developing leaders, enabling teams, and promoting well-being and engagement. Models inclusive, values-led leadership that builds trust, collaboration, and respect. Coaches store leaders to achieve high performance through a “high challenge, high support” approach. Drives succession planning and develops robust pipelines for future talent. Takes proactive action to manage underperformance with empathy and clarity. Operational Excellence & Risk Management Delivers high operational standards that support safe, efficient, and compliant trading environments. Maintains accountability for achieving green compliance audits and safety standards. Ensures stores are well-run, visually strong, and operationally efficient. Supports store leaders in effective resource planning and inventory management. Ensures policy and procedural compliance while driving a culture of accountability and ownership.
