Pharmacy Dispenser – Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes (On-site)
Shifts Available:
* Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
* Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
We are currently recruiting a Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) to support a non-patient-facing, mail-order pharmacy based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within an online healthcare provider, supporting the safe and efficient supply of medications and test kits to patients across the UK.
The Role
Working closely alongside pharmacists, doctors, and operations teams, you will support dispensary operations in a high-volume, regulated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring medicines are dispensed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining the highest professional and legal pharmacy standards.
There are no pressure-driven targets, and you are guaranteed a lunch break outside of the pharmacy every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Labelling, dispensing, and preparing prescriptions for dispatch
* Supporting stock management, storage, and organisation
* Maintaining clean, tidy, and well-organised work areas
* Processing orders using pharmacy systems, scanners, and databases
* Assisting with bulk stock deliveries alongside the dispatch team
* Collaborating with operations and customer support teams to deliver an excellent patient service
* Upholding high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy at all times
Skills & Experience Required
* Pharmacy Dispensing Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to work on-site daily in Milton Keynes
* Good understanding of UK pharmacy regulations
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Comfortable working with computers and pharmacy systems
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Good standard of spoken and written English
