Fella & Jones are partnering with an innovative, high-growth consumer health and wellness business that has established itself as a category leader through science-led innovation, premium products and a rapidly expanding international customer base.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an exceptional Chief of Operations to join the executive leadership team and build the operational foundations required to support significant global expansion.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional operations role. You'll be responsible for creating a scalable, future-ready operating model that enables growth across multiple international markets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer experience.
Working closely with the executive team, you will oversee the full operational landscape, spanning manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, regulatory affairs, product launch execution and operational transformation.
Key areas of focus will include:
* Developing a world-class global supply chain and fulfilment network capable of supporting rapid international growth
* Driving regulatory excellence, including FDA readiness, audits, approvals and ongoing compliance across multiple markets
* Leading the operational delivery of new products from concept through to commercial launch
* Building robust planning, forecasting and inventory management capabilities
* Leveraging technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making
* Developing high-performing teams, systems and governance frameworks that support long-term scale
About You
You are a commercially minded operational leader who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments and enjoys building businesses for the future.
You may currently be a COO, Chief of Operations, Operations Director or equivalent executive leader within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, life sciences or regulated consumer health sectors.
You'll bring:
* Experience leading large-scale operational functions across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality and compliance
* Strong FDA and regulatory expertise, including audit readiness, approvals and governance
* A track record of scaling businesses through periods of rapid growth and international expansion
* Experience launching products and building the infrastructure required to support growth across multiple markets
* A passion for operational excellence, data-led decision making and continuous improvement
* The ability to operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on when required
