Key duties of the Service Administrator include:
5. Managing invoice processing and submission
6. Assisting with general administrative tasks including answering incoming calls and replying to emails
7. Providing effective support to the service team to ensure smooth daily operations

9. Liaising with customers and other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Service Administrator position:
10. Proven experience in a Service Administrator role within the motor trade, or automotive sector.
11. Excellent organisation and communication skills

13. Proficiency in dealership management software and MS Office applications
