Your new role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
* Support pupils across Primary and Secondary classrooms, adapting to different age groups and learning levels.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans linked to EHCP targets.
* Encourage communication, social interaction, and independence.
* Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, or youth work backgrounds considered).
2. Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
