Wates are looking for a Site Secretary to join our Southern Construction team in the South West region, supporting us on an exciting new project in the Chippenham area.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Site Administrators are a valuable part of our onsite teams, delivering site office coordination and administrative duties at project level, to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the site office. This role is key to the smooth and efficient running of our project sites.
As our Site Administrator you will:
1. Provide full support to the project team with all engineering functions including requirements from site-based teams
2. Undertake all administrative activities to ensure efficient operation of the project works
3. Carry out a quality control role of auditing, maintaining and training to ensure the teams are compliant with company standards and procedure across all projects and sites
4. Support the team in ensuring Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded
