The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, allowing you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area. You will be supported by Nested’s marketing resources and tools, managing client relationships from start to finish, and earning a competitive commission structure starting at 75%, increasing up to 100%.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top-tier experience in residential property valuation, sales, and client satisfaction in Glasgow.
* Strong marketing skills, lead generation, and local market knowledge.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and dedication to your craft.
* Deep familiarity with your local area, including amenities and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media enthusiasm is a plus, with support available for building your personal brand.
