We're looking for a Customer Service Relationship Account Manager to look after their own portfolio of customers—nurturing those relationships, handling enquiries, responding to requests, and making proactive outbound calls to keep customers engaged, happy, and spending more with us.
What you'll be doing
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships based on trust and care
* Acting as the main point of contact for your customers' needs, queries, and requests
* Proactively making outbound calls to check in, solve problems, and introduce new solutions
* Growing each account by understanding customer needs and suggesting relevant products/services
* Delivering outstanding service that keeps customers coming back year after year

Hours of work.
* Ideally Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm but can be 8am till 4pm or something similar but we are open to discussion on application.
