Role Requirements
The Successful Candidate will be:
* An excellent communicator who can speak clearly and concisely
* Enthusiastic with a good telephone manner
* Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs
* Upselling products and service plan offers to existing customers.
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Be able to respond and adapt to the needs of all customers
* Ambitious and eager to earn and relish the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commissions.
* Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to use initiative
* Motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Strong team player
