What you'll be doing…
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
* Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
* Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area
* Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
* Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
* Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks
Working pattern: Monday to Friday

* A warm, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
* Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Confidence in using IT systems, tills, or booking platforms
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple queries
