Cover Supervisor
Pay - £100 - £120 per day
Location – Swansea & West Wales
Hours – 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
* Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* At least 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* EWC registration – or willingness to register
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
While not required, the following would be beneficial:
* Previous experience working with children or young people
* A degree or relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a subject specialism
* Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or youth work experience
