Operational Readiness Manager – Ecolab
Ecolab is seeking a Program Manager to join their Bioprocessing supply chain team in Llantrisant, Wales, supporting the expansion and operational readiness of manufacturing capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Strategic Planning: Define objectives, create roadmaps, and establish timelines.
* Resource Allocation: Secure resources, optimise workflows, and manage budgets.
* Team Coordination: Assemble teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts.
* Risk Management: Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications And Experience
* Degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Operations/ Supply Chain Management. 7+ years of experience in LSS, Finance or Supply Chain Management. 3+ years’ experience managing a portfolio of cross‑functional projects or programs.
* Strong IT and data analysis skills.
* Self‑motivation and the ability to self‑supervise are essential.
* Strong organisational skills with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced demanding environment.
* Strong statistical understanding and problem‑solving skills.
* Fluent in English language.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
* Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and graphics (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
* Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information.
* Good organisational and planning skills.
* Can demonstrate leadership potential and coaching, training and mentoring skills.
* Ability to work in a matrix and multi‑cultural environment.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
* Previous experience or exposure to project and change management.
