Job Specification Role: Field Team Manager (Utilities – Affinity Water Contract) Location: Affinity Water Patch Reports To: Operations Manager / Contract Manager Role Purpose The Field Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field operatives delivering works on the Affinity Water contract. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and experience in the utilities sector—ideally within water infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure that all operational, health, safety, quality, and client performance targets are achieved in line with company and client expectations.
