Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and specialty fertilizers, soil conditioners, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D takes place at the Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We are passionate about providing superior technical advice on-farm. We seek a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region to develop long-term customer relationships and connect with industry stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing strategic and operational sales plans, technical product presentation, optimizing distribution and costs, managing customer accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting and managing the technical sales team, and promoting company policies. Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the Agri-sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication and organization abilities, and a full clean driver’s license. The role offers a competitive salary (£45,000-£55,000), performance bonus, company car with fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop.
