Locum Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Specialist Practitioner * This Paediatric Occupational Therapy service is funded by the NHS and provides coordinated support for children and young people (aged 0–18) with significant disabilities and complex health needs. * Based in Chessington, the team delivers services across early years settings, mainstream schools, and special schools. * The service focuses on improving participation and independence in everyday activities from self-care and school-based skills to mobility and posture helping each child achieve their potential despite physical, developmental, or learning challenges. About the Role * As an Occupational Therapist, you will work as an autonomous practitioner across a range of community and educational settings. You will: * Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy for children and young people with disabilities. * Manage a specialist caseload involving complex physical, learning, and social needs. * Contribute to multidisciplinary team assessments, reviews, and EHCP reports. * Offer specialist advice and training to families, schools, and other professionals. * Supervise students on clinical placements and support staff working with your caseload.
