Your role
* Provide a personalised cleaning service that meets customers’ needs
* Keep communal and service areas clean, comfortable and safe
* Use housekeeping equipment responsibly and maintain standards
* Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when needed
Your skills
* Experience in housekeeping or domestic duties is helpful but not essential
* Caring, approachable and compassionate attitude
* Enthusiastic and flexible approach
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willingness to work towards it
