Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Runcorn area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school. About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join the team at the beginning of the autumn term. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups
* Assisting in the delivery of key academic programmes such as phonics and numeracy schemes
* Helping to plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2
* Supporting children with SEND, adapting your approach to suit individual needs
* Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to enhance the learning experience
