We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a B1 Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and well-established operation in Newark. You'll be working with products that vary significantly in shape, size, and weight, requiring confidence, skill, and a strong understanding of load balance and centres of gravity. You'll spend approximately 60% of your time operating FLT equipment and 40% on general warehouse duties, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. 👉 Overhead crane experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate.
