ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, ambitious Business Development Manager with experience in selling digital marketing solutions to join us. Ideally, you will have a strong background in B2B solution sales, particularly in Websites, SE, and PPC services.
You will be responsible for winning new business, developing relationships with decision-makers, and tailoring solutions that demonstrate clear ROI. You will work closely with our internal delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and proposals reflect the full value of our services.

7. You have proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing space, ideally across web design, SEO, and PPC services.

9. You are highly skilled at client relationship management, with a track record of nurturing prospects into long-term partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for delivering new business against our ambitious sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
25. Hitting and exceeding personal sales targets focused on revenue from websites, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
26. Prospecting and engaging new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound follow-up.
27. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple sectors.
28. Providing accurate forecasting, pipeline, and activity reports through our CRM.
29. Delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
30. Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to add value in conversations with prospects.
31. Collaborating with internal strategy, SEO, PPC, and web teams to shape tailored solutions for clients.
32. Representing the agency at industry events, networking groups, and conferences to generate opportunities and grow brand presence.
33. Using social media, thought leadership, and lead generation tools to build your professional profile and expand our market reach.
