Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in operations? This could be the ideal role for you. Cronofy is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our Business Operations Lead to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day activities.
Cronofy is a high-growth technology company headquartered in Nottingham, UK. Our mission is to be the go-to scheduling infrastructure for high-performance companies globally. Following recent funding, we are in a strong position to enhance our core offerings and expand into international markets.
Our Operations team is small but high-performing, supporting various aspects of our business, from customer relations to European offices and daily functions. We offer an opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of how a high-performance software company operates, influence its growth, and build a career in Operations.
The role
The Operations Coordinator will report to Joe, COO, and work closely with Emma, Business Operations Lead. Responsibilities include supporting multiple business functions such as:
* Office management (Nottingham, London, Amsterdam)
* Health and Safety
* Onboarding and offboarding
* Event coordination for in-person and virtual events
* Tracking marketing and event spend
* Reporting and process improvement
* Vendor management and renewals
* Task management via monday.com
While this list is not exhaustive, you will have visibility and impact across all areas of our operations.
How we work
Our principles guide our approach to work, emphasizing balance, direct communication, mutual trust, and feedback. We support remote, office-based, or hybrid working models, with a preference for face-to-face interaction when possible. The successful candidate should be based in or near Nottingham city centre.
About you
This role is suitable for recent graduates or those looking to develop a career in Operations. You should have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and some experience in admin, coordination, events, or office support. IT literacy is essential, and familiarity with project management tools is a plus. A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving is valued.
