A key FP&A Manager / Analyst role, reporting directly to the Financial Director and playing a key role in decision support and planning.
6 month Interim assignment.
1. You will assist the Finance Director in the forecasting and reporting of the results of the group.
2. This will involve monthly management accounts preparation, analysing and summarising key variances to budget and forecast for group and the production of detailed 'depot packs' for the operational business units.
3. The role will also lead the forecasting and budgeting process, building on the processes already in place and enhancing and tailoring these to the changing business.
4. Working with the two Finance Business Partners, the FP&A Manager will develop a detailed approach to forecasting and budgeting all aspects of the operation.
5. Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the variance analysis, including within the monthly executive report.
