We are working with a respected and growing organisation seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
Your New RoleAs Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the site office and oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the office is well-organised,pliant, and efficient, supporting both the project team and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage office administration processes and ensurepliance
2. Oversee diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings
3. Maintain office facilities, equipment, and consumables
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and events
5. Support health & safety administration, including fire drills and PPE management
6. Assist with reporting, document control, and confidential information handling
7. Coordinatemunity engagement activities and client visits
8. Manage invoices and receipting through ERP systems
9. Provide day-to-day support to the Project Director and wider team
What You’ll Need to Succeed
10. Strong organisational and time management skills
11. Excellentmunication and interpersonal ability
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
13. Previous experience in office management or senior administration
14. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work to deadlines
15. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
