About the Role
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Stockport. This role is ideal for an experienced HLTA or a passionate individual ready to make a positive impact in a dynamic school environment.
As an HLTA, you will:
Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Lead small group sessions and provide one-to-one support as needed.
Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
Provide cover for teachers during PPA time, ensuring continuity of learning.

Requirements:
We are looking for an HLTA who has:
HLTA qualification (or equivalent) or significant experience in a similar role.
A passion for supporting childrens learning and development.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively with children across various age groups.
A proactive and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the school and students.
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
