SEND Coach
* Annual Salary: £20,759.28 (Working Pay £18,112.12 and Holiday Pay £2,647.16 per annum; FTE £24,785.00)
* Location: Buckinghamshire
* Job Type: Permanent, Term Time Only (37 hours a week / 38 weeks a year)

Join the College Group as a SEND Coach and play a pivotal role in preparing our young people for adulthood.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead small groups of young people with SEND on outings within the community, including exploring local parks, visiting museums, and participating in social activities, to create meaningful experiences.
* Empower young people by teaching essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, time management, travel training, and self-advocacy.
* Utilise your enthusiasm, dedication, and motivation to shape the futures of young people with SEND.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively teach and mentor.
* Ability to plan and lead outings and activities that cater to the needs of young people with SEND.
* Passion for helping young people develop life skills and achieve their full potential.
