A national, Construction Consultancy specialising in the built environment is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has strong Associate / Partner aspirations to join their Liverpool office.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a diverse range of projects, delivering both pre‑contract and post‑contract services. Pre‑contract responsibilities include providing strategic and risk management advice, preparing tender documentation, and advising clients during the tender evaluation process.
Post‑contract duties include valuing completed works, managing cost reporting, and ensuring effective commercial control throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
* Achieved a RICS accredited degree
* MRICS or working towards
* Strong pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge
* Ideally previous experience in the built environment
* Experience working within a Construction Consultancy
* Strong communication skills
