Where will you be working?
This role will be within our Electricity Transmission team in Wales and South West England. We design, build, and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

What will you be doing?
Are you a proactive, organised team player? We're looking for someone to support the delivery of high-profile electrical infrastructure projects across the South West of England and South Wales. You'll work closely with site teams, engineers, and clients to help keep everything running smoothly, from early planning to final handover.
What you'll be doing:
1. Coordinating day-to-day site activities and supporting mobilisation
2. Assisting with design reviews, build planning, and programme updates
3. Liaising with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve issues
4. Supporting Temporary Works planning and constructability reviews
5. Preparing handover documents, drawings, and health & safety files
6. Attending client and contractor meetings, representing the company professionally
7. Using client systems to track project changes, risks, and communications
8. Helping forecast and plan resources to meet key project milestones

What you'll bring
1. At least 5 years experience in construction (HV transmission is a must)
2. A qualification in Construction, Project Management, or similar
3. CSCS card (or equivalent)
4. Full UK driving licence
5. But not essential:
6. A civil engineering qualification
7. A project management cert
8. Experience with Grid procedures
9. Solid knowledge of Temporary Works
10. Strong communication and people skills
11. Confidence using Microsoft Office and project databases
