Role Overview
The Code Complaints Officer plays a vital role supporting a positive student experience and improving housing standards across the student accommodation sector through resolution of complaints. The postholder is the first point of contact for complaints made under Unipol’s accreditation Codes and related schemes, working with landlord Members and students to resolve issues fairly, proportionately and in line with published standards.
This role combines complaints resolution, investigation and mediation with direct engagement with students, landlords, agents and partners. The focus is on early resolution and support for students, helping to improve housing outcomes by operating an effective and responsive complaints process that promotes confidence in the Codes.

Eligibility
