Health Care Assistant - Responsibilities will include:
1. Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
2. Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
3. Support patients during meals, including feeding if required.
4. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to senior staff.
5. Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in all care activities.
6. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients

Essential requirements:
15. Hoist training and experience
16. 2 satisfactory, professional references
17. Right to work in the UK
18. Minimum of 6 months experience as a Health care Assistant
