This positions will work for a mutisite business supporting across all elements of IT. This is a varied role working with a small team.
Duties will include:
1. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
2. Be a point of escalation for support desk
3. Root cause analysis
4. Manage the timely resolution of open calls and call actions across all companies
5. Take ownership of assigned incidents and manage them through to resolution
6. Ensure that any technical or operational issues on a service ticket are escalated efficiently, liaising with, and managing vendors accordingly
7. Proactively research ideas and concepts to source suitable technical solutions or resolve problems
8. Technical and proactive involvement in various projects, from SharePoint adoption to Co-Pilot integration and new systems implementations
9. ‘Hands-on’ approach to problem-solving; solving problems within strict SLA timeframes
10. Provide on-site support for new and current sites
Technical experience:
11. Strong Microsoft Windows Server (, and )
12. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP AdministrationO administration and its complimentary addons (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Flow, Planner, Delve, etc)
13. SharePoint
14. SQL Server Administration and troubleshooting
15. Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting, along with Windows 10 to 11 migrations
16. Azure admin
17. Antivirus (Microsoft Defender)
18. Networking skills - Meraki and SonicWALL (not essential)
