Overview

Mercure London Bridge, part of Accor, is looking to recruit a Conference and Banqueting Coordinator. Mercure London Bridge has 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant and fitness area.


Job Description

Our mission is to create memorable moments for guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. As part of our team, you will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the Conference & Banqueting department in terms of meeting room planning and sales. You’ll work with the F&B Manager and Head Chef to ensure all guest satisfaction requirements are met. We value pro-activity, curiosity, creativity and a great sense of humour.

Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Conference & Banqueting department, including meeting room planning and sales.
* Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Head Chef to meet guest satisfaction requirements.
* Ensure a high standard of guest service in a busy hotel environment.
