Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead on SEND strategy across the school Manage EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Work collaboratively with staff to implement personalised learning support Track progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date records Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals Ideal Candidate Will Have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) National SENCO Award (or currently working towards it) Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice Experience working with a range of SEN needs across key stages Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
