We're looking to appoint a dynamic competitive internal Sales Executive to help us build our business activities both within the UK and overseas. Sales Executive responsibilities include the following key tasks: - · Phone and email handling, quoting prices and stock position to customers plus order placing and transport/shipping requirements, · Preparing quotations for customers having consulted with production and the warehouse, · Planning, Collating, and issuing Social Media feeds/company updates, such as product launches and updates, exhibitions, job reports through all platforms, responding and linking to distributors and users. On the team for website development. · Providing critical cover for the operation of the ERP system from enquiry to despatch/export, leading to a deep understanding of the processes involved for future expansion on the use and value within the system. · Site Visits alongside managers, and service teams to gain knowledge to learn more about machine usage/techniques and customer requirements, understanding the market. · Involvement in Video link meetings with customers. · Attend Exhibitions and support the team at both home and overseas venues. · Reporting to Sales Manager. We're looking for an individual with the following skills set: - · Good communicator team player and experienced using social media, · An interest in engineering, previous experience and understanding would be helpful, · Competent when using MS Office · Be able to prioritize tasks under pressure, · Self-motivated, Dawson Construction Plant Ltd based in Milton Keynes has been manufacturing a wide range of foundation equipment since 1972 such as piling hammers and specialist lifting devices produced by a team of 40 highly motivated and skilled individuals.
