About the Company
g2 Recruitment invests heavily in the development of our people. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our L&D team by hiring an additional Academy & Systems Trainer into our London office, with some travel to other sites.
About the Role
We seek someone passionate about recruitment who wants to transition from a 360 role into a sales support position. We hire all consultants as trainees, emphasizing rapid development of new starters. The role involves a blend of deskside and classroom training, supported by a high-achieving team. If you have recruitment experience and seek a fun, diverse role, get in touch!
Responsibilities
* Deliver various sales training programmes for new starters.
* Conduct recruitment systems training across applications (CRM, LinkedIn, Job Boards, MI Reporting).
* Collaborate with managers to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Maintain training records accurately.
* Conduct 1:1 training using diverse coaching techniques.
* Provide feedback to managers on team performance and support strategies.
* Monitor and track development progress to evaluate training effectiveness.
* Manage training logistics and coordinate sessions.
* Design and update training content.
Qualifications
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
* Willingness to travel weekly to different offices.
* Interest in building a career in L&D.
* Organized and diligent.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Language skills in French, Dutch, or German.
* Experience recruiting in EU markets.
Pay Range and Benefits
Salary: 32-39k + 10% performance bonus upon probation completion.
