A fast-scaling global creative & digital partner is expanding into the UK and Europe and we’re looking for a Director of Strategy to help define the strategic vision, elevate the agency’s offer, and guide brands through meaningful commercial growth.

The Role
You’ll lead strategic thinking across major accounts, craft compelling narratives, build the UK strategic playbook, and partner directly with global leadership. From pitch strategy to brand positioning to campaign planning, your work will influence clients and shape the agency’s future.
What You’ll Do
* Lead brand, ABM, and GTM strategy for high-growth clients
* Turn complex challenges into clear, actionable frameworks
* Guide and grow a talented strategy team
* Drive insight-led planning, performance optimisation & narrative development
* Partner with creative, media & data teams to deliver integrated work
* Support major pitches and identify new growth opportunities
What You Bring
* 8–10+ years in strategy, brand, digital or integrated marketing
* Strong experience in B2B or high-growth markets (tech, SaaS, industrial, innovation-led sectors)
* A mix of analytical sharpness, creative instinct & commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and board-level presentation skills
* Curiosity for AI, automation & the future of intelligent marketing
