Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in their learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and gain valuable experience in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils in accessing lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.
- Provide support to children and with additional needs to help them reach their potential
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with learning resources, displays, and general classroom organisation
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (school – based experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach,
- A Valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Relevant qualifications or training in education/support work(advantageous)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
