Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Project Architects. You’ll lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe, including new constructions and remodels.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process through various phases, including feasibility studies, design briefs, detailed designs, bidding, execution, and project closeout.
* Data Insights Driving Workplace Design Strategy: Utilize occupancy and portfolio data to create actionable insights. Transform planning principles into Design Toolkits and automated solutions.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in parametering, scripting for AI tools, and digital modeling to enhance idea generation and user engagement. Collaborate with project partners to develop AI design capabilities.
Working Conditions
This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with travel opportunities across Europe. Enjoy a convenient commute from London, with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service to the office.
