This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work within a nurturing, high-quality early learning environment.
About the Role
You will be working with children aged 0–5 years, supporting their care, learning, and development in a safe, stimulating, and child-centred environment.
This position is offered on a zero-hour contract, working as and when required to cover staff absences, holidays, training, and other operational needs. Shifts fall within our operating hours of:
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
Pay
£7.55 – £12.51 per hour
(Dependent on age and experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of high-quality early learning and childcare for children aged 0–5
* Assist with planning and providing engaging play and learning experiences
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and care needs of all children are met
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
* Work effectively as part of a supportive team
* Build positive relationships with children and families
