We are seeking a commercially minded Junior Product Developer with experience across the full production lifecycle of apparel, footwear, and accessories.
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you will bring experience of developing fashion, footwear and /or accessories, and be experienced at critical path management. This is a highly collaborative role requiring close partnership with Design, Merchandising, Technical, Production, and Compliance teams to deliver commercially successful, high-quality product ranges.

What You’ll Do
* Develop product ranges across apparel and accessories, from concept through to production.
* Negotiate product costings and contribute commercially informed ideas during range planning.
* Partner with Design and Merchandising to execute creative vision through appropriate fabric and trim sourcing.
* Troubleshoot material, price, and delivery challenges to support business objectives.
* Build and maintain the fabric and trims library, overseeing the development of raw materials and hardware.
* Attend fit sessions in collaboration with the Technical Team
* Liaise daily with overseas factories, suppliers, and agents, nurturing strong and productive supplier relationships.
* Maintain accurate development trackers and documentation.
Your Experience
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development and production lifecycle.
* Demonstrated experience managing Critical Paths and resolving delays effectively.
* Confident attending fit sessions and providing clear technical feedback.
* Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
Desirable
* Experience across multiple categories including Apparel, Accessories, Lifestyle, or Gifting.
* Exposure to multi-channel or DTC-led fashion brands.
This is a full time role with 3 days week a week in the East Sussex
