Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with staff at all levels within the organisation to ensure compliance with robust governance processes and to encourage and promote a culture of shared learning and high quality.
* Collaborate with our Practice Education team to identify learning themes and with key personnel to ensure we maintain a strong clinical governance framework that reflects legislative and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A registered nurse with experience of working in a senior clinical role.
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice, risk management, education and service delivery.
* Strong collaborative and supportive working skills.

Salary and Additional Details
* Band 7 equivalent £45,439 – £54,407 per annum, plus a retention package worth up to £5,000.
