In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality and performance of our products through comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all software deliverables meet high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute thorough test plans and scenarios.
* Identify, document, and report defects in a timely manner.
* Collaborate closely with software developers to understand features and functionality.
* Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
* Assist in the maintenance of test environments and tools.
* Prepare and deliver test summary reports to stakeholders.
* Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
* Proven experience in software testing (at least 2 years).
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Experience with automated testing tools is preferred.
