Your responsibilities as Technical Projects Lead
Lead engineering and process improvement projects that enhance manufacturing performance
Deliver NPI activities, ensuring seamless integration into cleanroom operations
Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve process and equipment issues
Develop and implement compliant technical solutions within regulated environments
Ensure all activity aligns with GMP and cleanroom standards
Work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
What we’re looking for in a Technical Projects Lead
Degree in an engineering discipline (chemical preferred)
Previous experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments
Proven delivery of process improvements, NPI, and technical projects
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment
Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards
