About you We're looking for multiple grads to join; the ideal profile is: A 2025 BA/BSc graduate Super money motivated Loves the idea of building their own business (clients, relationships, networking) Up for working in a sales environment (especially business development) A high achiever with resilience and a competitive edge The day to day & earning potential Building relationships through networking with clients and candidates Calling prospective clients and negotiating terms of business (business development) Cold calling candidates - screening and shortlisting based on client hiring requirements Building your own personal brand & reputation - LinkedIn posting and outreach Advertising job vacancies on job-boards Managing the recruitment process Closing deals and making commission! 24K basic salary plus uncapped monthly commission.
