About the Role

Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and execute the company’s national sales strategy
* Build and manage a high-performing sales team across the Health & Social Care sector
* Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management
* Identify market opportunities and support the expansion of the company’s product offering
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare providers, care groups, procurement teams, and decision-makers
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial performance
* Deliver sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning to senior leadership
* Work collaboratively with operational and leadership teams to support overall business objectives
* Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer excellence
Previous Experience
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within healthcare, medical supplies, or related sectors
* Strong understanding of the Health & Social Care marketplace
* Demonstrable track record of delivering significant revenue growth
* Experience building, managing, and motivating successful sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
