Account Executive – UPS

As an Account Executive, you will maximise UPS revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities while supporting an existing portfolio of business. Excellent organisational skills and a strong book of business are essential.


What You’ll Do

* Identify and convert new business opportunities.
* Manage, retain, and develop accounts.
* Grow the customer base to generate new revenue.
* Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions, coordinating efforts to meet customer needs.
* Respond to internal and external customer concerns.
* Maintain and monitor customer records and account performance against objectives.

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
* Proven ability to uncover new business leads through door‑knocking, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.
* Experience within logistics is a bonus but not essential.
* Strong business proposal skills.
* Persistence and influence to close sales.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Excellent organisation and proficiency with MS Office.
* Initiative and energy.
* A full, clean driving licence held for at least two years.
* Age of at least 21 years old (required by our car insurance scheme).
