Job Title: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Administrator - 37 Hours per week
Location: York
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 37 hours per week (3 days in the office ideal)
Start Date: ASAP
Elevation HR are seeking a dedicated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our client in York on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the recruitment process while working with a dynamic team in the transport and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including managing job postings, applications, and interview scheduling
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead on recruitment administration
* Maintain candidate databases and update records in a timely and accurate manner
* Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation
* Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
* Handle incoming queries related to recruitment and employment
