Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £28000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
3. Maintain accurate records and databases.
4. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
7. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth work flow and efficient operations.
Requirements:
9. Proven experience in an administrative role.
10. Experience in FM
11. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
14. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
16. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
