Kured are partnered with a leading healthcare technology provider, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team covering the North of England. The role will involve working with community pharmacies in the region.
About the role:
You will have responsibility for over 300 pharmacy accounts in the North, responsible for maintaining and upselling from these accounts as well as bringing in new business to grow your region.
Key responsibilities:
* 50/50 split of account management and new business development.
* Develop and maintain a Business Plan for the territory to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, emphasizing collaboration within a team and sharing of best practices.
* Collaborate with a Customer Sales Executive to focus on customer renewals, enabling you to concentrate on upselling and exploring new business opportunities.
* Accurately forecast monthly sales revenue across key areas and meet designated company sales targets within your territory.
* Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions from the company's product range.
* Deliver quotations and proposals that effectively address customer requirements and provide tangible value.
Experience required:
* Experience of selling into community pharmacies.
* Track record of sales achievement.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Capable of travelling within the region.
This is a remote role with occasional visit to the company HQ in Lancashire. Travel in the North will be required.
