* Loan security: Comprehensive and independent reports on market and rental value for properties or portfolios.
* Alternatives: Valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation purposes.
* Company accounts valuation: Accurate reports on property asset values.
* Diminution in value: Independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and negligence claims in conveyancing.
* Fund valuation: Detailed information for asset management companies and investment trusts.
The Opportunity:
My client is currently seeking a Valuation Surveyor for their London office. The team requires an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.
You will work with a wide range of clients, including property developers, investors, and large corporate businesses, offering varied and exciting experiences.
